I've finally learnt my lesson. I don't really like croissants as much as I like the look of them.
They were serving this Golden Banana in Top Ryde Shopping Center. It's just a crossaint with icing sugar and almonds. The sight of it compelled me to buy it and it was immediate regret from then on.
It tasted so bland.... not even the icing sugar could save it. At the very center of it was a small spoonful of custard. Which was not very sweet... and well.. overall disappointing.
To top it off I had to spend several minutes wiping all the icing sugar off my clothes.. trying to not look like a drug dealer.
I'm not usually disappointed by the products at Golden Banana... but I guess you can't win them all.
