First up a massive thanks to my workmate for buying this for me. I think I've developed the reputation of the person who likes to eat and doesn't seem to care for his health.
This seems to be one of those Masterchef challenges where you need to recreate an existing dish with a more modern twist... and what a good job they've done.
Let's de-construct it. A soft bun that's not soggy, holding a nicely marinated piece of pork, Japanese mayonnaise and a crunchy piece of lettuce. The marinade on the pork has a nice spicy kick as well.
This little sampler was enough for me to book some time out to visit the store. Can't wait to try!
